I would almost say the service and efficiency at this Zaxby's is better than Chick-Fil-A. Even if the line is 10 cars deep, I don't recall ever waiting longer than 5-10 minutes in line and the food is fresh every single time. Not a huge Zaxby's fan, but I find myself returning to this location for the convenience and service.
I don't eat Zaxby's often. But, when I do. I always get the fried chicken cobb salad 🥗. It tastes so good with a side of Texas toast. This location is clean with plenty of parking space. Speedy service I also noticed that the drive thru was moving fast as well and friendly staff.
I eat here as often as possible. The food is always out fast, my order is never wrong, and it is always so clean. The staff are always so cheerful and attentive. I will definitely continuing to eat here as much as I can.

Speedy service and decent food. I went on Sunday and was surprised to see 8 cars in the drive through but it all made sense when I saw the sign it was drive through only. They moved the cars through quickly - somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes.
I thought the tea was good, the fries are the bomb and the chicken tenders were okay. They seemed to have most of the breading falling off but they were cooked correctly and tasted decent.
I love the fries.. not supposed to have the fries... but I just can't help it... the seasoning is on point. Fresh and hot today! Great service even when they were getting ready to close. And they make their tea! Nothing better than crushed ice 🧊 covered in fresh brewed southern style sweet tea! The toast is the first to go... always! Lol.
Servers and prep team was able to get the order ready and 100% accurate despite rain and high winds making it hard to hear them
I liked the new signature chicken sandwich and it could have came with a few more fries. Had to buy some ranch sauces to take home to my daughter (she says it is the best ranch ever) and my son loved the chicken fingers. Can't forget the texas toast.
